Description of Project: Purchase of 28 family homes and undeveloped site in receivership on behalf of client for use as market rent properties

Site Constraints: The site was in receivership at the time of purchase and many of the completed units were occupied by tenants whose tenancy rights needed to be protected via the contract. Due to the length of time the properties had been in receivership, a backlog of repairs were outstanding which needed to be agreed and completed
